Boys 16-18 will be in the Open Division and will play 3-18 hole rounds of stroke play from the championship tees. There will be a cut after the 2nd day. Boys who are 15 years old on or before July 15th, 2009 may declare for the Open Division. The winner will be declared Boys Dallas Junior Golf Champion. Boys aged 12-15 who don't declare will be flighted by age group and will play 2-18 hole rounds of stroke play. There will be a winner declared in each flight. Girls ages 15-18 will be in the Open Division and will play 3-18 hole rounds of stroke play from the ladies tees. Girls who are 14 years old on or before July 15, 2009 may declare for the Open Division. The winner will be declared Girls Dallas Junior Golf Champion. Girls aged 12-14 who don't declare will be flighted by age group and will play 2-18 hole rounds of stroke play. There will be a winner declared in each flight. Boys and girls aged 7-11 will be flighted and will play 9 holes each day. A winner will be declared in each flight. The championship flight will have a cut on the third day, and the top 30 players will vie for the Jack and Jean Evans Trophy. Any player not making the cut will play in the conciliation round on the Glen Golf Course at Tenison Park.
