To enter the tournament you must mail or hand deliver the entry form with a check, money order or online credit card payment for the amount due.

You may also hand deliver the entry form with cash for the entry fee to the Tenison Park Golf Course.

You may fill out the entry form and send it by email to reserve a spot in the tournament, but you will not be officially entered until you mail or carry a copy of the completed form with your entry fee to Tenison Park.

Entry deadline is 5:00pm on Friday, July 11^th 2008. Any spot reservations not paid for by then will be eliminated.
